I’m named after my mother’s father. I never knew my Opa (he passed away when my mom was expecting me), but I am blessed to have inherited a piece of furniture that belonged to him. He owned a gentlemen’s clothing store, and the fabric samples used for custom suits were kept in a small cabinet. It’s a beautiful solid wood cabinet with cubbyholes.
Over the years it has displayed
many collectibles, but for the past few years I’ve used it to store craft
supplies.
We have many treasured heirlooms, but this is one of my favorites!
